We offer a variety of yoga classes aimed at teaching you how to focus attention and relieve stress.

Mixed Level
The mixed-level yoga class is an alignment based class accommodating a wide range of experience levels from beginners to more experienced students. This class explores basic and more challenging poses while focusing on proper alignment, breathing, strength and flexibility. Yogic concepts are explored and modifications are given to students at every level. This class would be appropriate for students who have some yoga experience and are able to move from seated poses to standing poses.  

Power Yoga
The Power Yoga class is vinyasa inspired yoga workout to lengthen and strengthen your muscles as you burn fat. The room temperature is turned up to create a warmer environment. Definitely, a more athletic and advanced style of yoga.

Mixed Family Yoga
We offer Mixed Family Yoga on Sundays. Families with children 10 and up are invited to attend class.

Basic Yoga
Basic yoga is designed for beginners (more experienced students are welcome to attend). Yogi concepts and poses are introduced with a focus on proper alignment, breathing, strength and flexibility to ensure safe and effective practice, also with an emphasis on the mind, body, spirit connection of classical yoga. We use physical postures, mindfulness, and breathwork.

Yoga for Athletes
Yoga for Athletes is a 8 week course with a functional athletic approach to yoga that addresses specific needs of athletes by combining body-mind awareness, pose specificity and breathing techniques to achieve peak performance consistent with their aspirations and competitive potential.
