Moving For Better Balance is a
12-week program designed to help
you improve your strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility through slow, therapeutic movements based on
Tai Chi. 

Pedaling for Parkinson’s classes are designed using the “Endurance” SPINNING format. Research has demonstrated that this type of format effectively reduces Parkinson’s symptoms up to 35%.
