GREAT TECHNIQUE LEADS TO GREAT RESULTS

In this workshop will we set a strong foundation for your training by teaching proper joint alignment and movement mechanics. Individualized attention in a small group setting will give you the opportunity to improve your execution of traditional lifts such as the squat, chest press, row, and deadlift. We will address core strength and its role in weight lifting and how to overcome typical strength imbalances, which will lead to injury prevention. Learning to use great technique not only keeps you safe but also will ultimately yield faster strength gains and better results! Space is limited, please register at the front desk.
