Mindfullness Meditation: Beyond the Introduction

If you have participated in any of our introduction of Mindfulness classes or any kind of meditation in the past and would like to develop your practice of mindfulness even further join Nancy in Studio B.
Each session will begin with a short introduction followed by about 30 minutes of sitting meditation (with light guidance) and then finish our together discussing meditation and mindfulness in our daily lives.
Our meditation will be consistent with the curriculum developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn 40 years ago.
Instructor: Nancy Saum, MS, RN, AHN-BC, is a certified holistic nurse and has completed Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) training with faculty from the University of Massachusetts Center for Mindfulness.
