Mindfulness is the practice of cultivating and accepting awareness in day-to-day life bringing positive changes in the brain, correlated with greater emotional balance, compassion and genuine happiness. In these classes, you will practice several of the forms of mindfulness meditation to help improve your physical and mental well-being.
