Barre is a whole body workout that focuses on isometric strength training combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements all set to popular music using exercises from ballet, Pilates and yoga. Class will incorporate light handheld weights to tone the upper body, as well as mat work to target the core. Barre class ends with extended yoga based stretching to lengthen the muscles and leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed.
