Healthy Holiday Goals

The Y challenges you to be healthy throughout the holidays. To improve your overall health, 150 minutes per week of moderate physical activity is recommended to prevent heart disease and type 2 diabetes. We invite you to discover ways to reach your 150 for 6 weeks, with an optional bonus goal to maintain or lose weight.
